Roasted Padron peppers with flaked salt

Ingredients

  • 1 kg padron peppers 2.2 lb
  • 3 - 4 Tbsp Olive oil
  • Flaky Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Heat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Add the oil to and oven-proof dish. Roll the peppers in the oil.
  • Bake for 25 -30 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with large flaky salt crystals.
