Roasted Padron peppers with flaked salt

- 1 kg padron peppers 2.2 lb
- 3 - 4 Tbsp Olive oil
- Flaky Salt to taste
Heat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Add the oil to and oven-proof dish. Roll the peppers in the oil.
Bake for 25 -30 minutes.
Sprinkle with large flaky salt crystals.
