Black olive tapenade
Black olive tapenade, or paté, is very quick and easy to make. It makes a wonderful aperitif accompanied by bread-sticks, or slices of rustic bread.

pitted Black Olives
1 1/2 cups

Garlic Clove

Olive Oil

Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend them until you have a smooth mixture.
Serve as an aperitif with crusty bread or
bread-sticks
.
Tapenade will keep for up to 5 days in the fridge.
